The Stölzerhof Winery The vineyards of the STÖLZERHOF are located around the village of Illmitz, in the heart of the national-park Neusiedler See, near Vienna right between lake Neusiedlersee and the border with Hungary. We grow wine on 12 ha in the best Crus of Illmitz. We believe that we make our best wines, when we interfere as little as possible with nature during the whole winemaking process. From growing of the grapes to fermenting the wine to bottling it, we are aiming for gentle treatment. However, the secret of the success might not be only our skills in winemaking, but it is the combination with experience in using tricks of nature. The special micro-climate and the unique soil in the vineyards enables to produce high quality wines. The wines of the STÖLZERHOF are sold all over the world.
